The main founders are two Czech companies - Brno Broker Group – financial company and SIMEX – trade company.
Right after its creation BBG – SIMEX BULGARIA becomes a founder and participates in the management of two of the biggest privatization funds in Bulgaria.
In 1997 receives one of the first investment intermediary licenses in the country, becomes a member of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia and turns into one of the active players on the Bulgarian capital market.
Clients of BBG – SIMEX BULGARIA are Bulgarian investors as well as investors from Europe, Asia and America.
