Ivan Genchev has graduated the Prague Higher Institute of Economics specializing in “International economic relations”, as well as the Higher Polytechnic Institute in Brno, Czech Republic. Since 1998 he has a securities broker license issued by the Government securities commission (now – financial supervision commission).
His professional development starts in 1987 at the foreign-trade company “Technoimportexport” where he works on the export of complete objects for Europe, the Arab countries and Israel.
For the period 1992-1996 he is a Trade director of “Hyundai Corporation”, Sofia where he realizes projects in the area of power engineering, infrastructure, automobile-construction, metallurgy and trade.
Since 1996 he is a partner and manager of BBG - SIMEX BULGARIA Ltd. As such he directly manages the work of a number of investment projects among which: establishment and management of “Severkoop-Gumza” j.s.c. and “Koop-Ug” j.s.c. privatization funds; privatization of “Sandanska Bistrica” cascade, “Incoms-Telekom Holding” j.s.c., “Lilia” hotel complex etc.; acquisition of a control block of shares of “Orel Invest Holding”; “Nova Holding“ a.s. project for setting up a third national television in Bulgaria etc.
He has a vast experience in the area of capital markets, investment consulting, privatization and acquisition.
Krassimir Draganov, Ph.D. in economics, is an expert in the field of corporate finance, finance engineering and business evaluation. He has a license issued by the Privatization Agency for evaluating whole enterprises.
He has graduated the Higher Institute of Economics, Sofia, Department of Economics, Organization and Management of Industrial Production. He has also completed a number of courses for qualification enhancement organized by Banque Nationale de Paris, Karl Duisburg Center, Kolin, GFA, Hamburg, Arthur Andersen, USA, Coopers ? Lybrand – Europe, Intercontinental Consultants Ltd., Bocconi, WTC, New York.
He starts his professional development in 1978 as a junior to senior Research Associate in the Institute of Clothing and Textile, Sofia. From 1982 to 1985 he is an assistant in the Higher Institute of Economics, Sofia. Following are 6 years as a Senior Research Associate: 3 years in the Scientific Center of the State Committee for Research and Technologies and 3 years in the Technical University of Sofia, Scientific and Research Department. From 1991 to 1992 he is a chief expert in the Ministry Counsel. For the period 1992-1993 he is a chief specialist in the Privatization Agency. Following are 3 years as a Director in the Ministry of Trade and 2 years as a member of the Commission for Foreign Investment at the Council of Ministers.
He has been a Chairman of the Board of Directors of Chimimport p.l.c. and INTERPRED World Trade Center Sofia p.l.c.
From 1996 is a Consultant in the area of Corporate financial planning, budgeting, modeling, prognosis, analysis and valuation.
He has been a chief financial consultant in the privatization of: “Agropolihim” j.s.c., “Izoma”j.s.c., “Riviera”j.s.c., “Slunchev Den”j.s.c., “Elenite”j.s.c., “Sandanski”j.s.c., “Samokov-Borovetz”j.s.c., “Peterburg”j.s.c., “Staria Plovdiv”j.s.c., “Inetmat”j.s.c., etc. He has made pre-privatization evaluations of a number of companies among which: “Aptechno-Sofia”j.s.c., “Aptechno-Bourgas”j.s.c., “Forum”j.s.c., “Chistota”j.s.c., “MD3 Balsha”j.s.c., etc.
Liliana Foteva has graduated the Sofia University “St Kliment Ohridski” Law school, as well as the Higher Economic Institute, Sofia specializing in “International Economic Relations.
She starts her professional career in 1975 in the Legal Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Science.
In the period 1979-1997 is a senior lawyer in the foreign-trade company “Tehnoimportexport”, where prepares the equipment import-export contracts for power engineering, metallurgy, chemical industry, nuclear power stations in Kozlodui and Belene, as well as for a number of other projects.
Since 1996, she is a legal advisor for BBG – SIMEX BULGARIA and as such takes part in all the company projects. She has a particularly active participation in the management of “Severkoop-Gumza” j.s.c. and “Koop-Ug” j.s.c. privatization funds, privatization of “Sandanska Bistrica” cascade; acquisition of a control block of shares of “Orel Invest Holding” and “Nova Holding“ a.s. project for setting up a third national television in Bulgaria. For these projects she has conducted lawsuits in the Supreme administrative court and has successfully protected the rights of BBG – SIMEX BULGARIA’s clients.
She has vast experience in the area of capital markets, privatization, acquisitions and conducting of lawsuits in the Supreme administrative court.
Nadejda Ruseva has graduated the Higher institute of economics, Sofia specializing in Economics and planning.
She starts her professional career in the foreign-trade company “Bulgarplodexport” where she works as an economist for 10 years. In the following 10 years she is in France and Belgium. From 1983 to 1992 she is an economist in department International congress activity in NDK, Sofia and after that till 1996 is a manager of the trade company “Narus”. Since 1996 is partner and back office at BBG – SIMEX BULGARIA.
Boyka Popova has graduated the Higher institute of economics, Sofia specializing in planning and has also had an after-graduation qualification in currency accounting.
She starts her professional career in 1970 in the Planning committee. In the period 1983-1984, works as a planner and accountant in the foreign-trade company “Technoimportexport”. In the following 7 years she works for the Pricing committee and than 6 years as a head accountant in several companies. From 1997 to 1999 is head accountant at “Holding Nash Dom – Bulgaria” j.s.c.
Since 1999 is head accountant at BBG – SIMEX BULGARIA.
Alexander Draganov has graduated the “University of Portsmouth”, UK specializing in International Finance & Trade.
Since 2004 works as Front office and Finance analyst at BBG – SIMEX BULGARIA.
